Social Media

You can contact us through our social media platforms, however please be mindful of your safety and security. For information on how to stay safe on Twitter and Facebook, please read the guidance from Women's Aid.

Forums

Our forums are designed to be a space for women to discuss their experiences of sexual abuse, domestic violence and trauma, and receive support from others’ who have gone through the same. This is a safe environment for talking about feelings, asking questions, and sharing stories.

The forums are not a direct help service. If you need immediate help and support, please call our Helpline 01736 367539 (10am-3pm) or call the National Domestic Abuse 0808 2000 247 (24 hours) or the National Rape Crisis Helpline 0808 802 9999 (24 hours). In an emergency, call 999.

To ensure the safety of users, we ask that you follow our forum guidelines.
