Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of West Cornwall Women’s Aid will be held at the registered address of Maura Place, 11 Market Place, Penzance, TR18 2JB at 3pm on Tuesday 15^th October 2024, to transact the following business:

1. Welcome and apologies for absence.

• Minutes of previous meeting.

• Reports and accounts

• Accounts will be considered for the year end.
• Mollie Porter of Walker Moyle will present the auditor’s report for the accounts year ending 31.03.2024.

• Auditor – to appoint the auditor for 2024 -25.

• Presentation from Refuge Manager

• Presentation from Community Services Manager

• Resignation of trustees by rotation

• Appointment of trustees.

• AOB
