Last week, we visited Heart of the Woods for a Woodland Wellbeing day. Cubit woods is a privately owned space, so our women were able to relax and enjoy the soothing surroundings. We walked, whittled, created mandala art using natural materials and ate nourishing food cooked on an open fire. A wonderful, wild day.
